We wish to contribute to the academic and professional success of our students in the Charlotte area through an emphasis on academic excellence, leadership development, and community engagement.

In the past, we've held panel discussions with college-bound high school students to explore college, major, and career choices, personal development and the importance of mentoring.

We have also created connections with university student organizations such as Chinese Students & Scholars Association at UNC Charlotte to encourage students to network with local professionals and build their future success. Our monthly networking and special events will be provided to interested student organizations. Please feel free to contact any of our officers directly.

NAAAP Charlotte is working toward securing scholarships for students of Asian heritage at both the high school and college levels. Local Asian American students are strongly encourage to apply for the NAAAP/Verizon Leadership Scholarship at the national level.
