Our committee members create collaborative and relationship building events centric to Charlotte’s financial center.  Whether it’s networking with bank associates, volunteering for charitable causes with insurance associates, or facilitating career growth workshops with corporate executives, our events aim to help our members maximize their professional potential through hands on leadership experiences and training. 

Our mission is to help emerging Asian American leaders develop the professional skills necessary to compete for that next executive opportunity and make meaningful contributions in the Charlotte financial services landscape.
