Warren Chu Pic

Mr. Warren Chu is currently a Vice President within Bank of America’s Supply Chain Management department where he is a subject matter expert and a design consultant for Bank of America’s Global Sourcing Program.

Mr. Chu was born in Taipei, Taiwan and resided there for ten years before moving to Pennsylvania where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Supply Chain Management from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Chu was recruited by Bank of America in 2008 and has lived in Charlotte ever since.

Aside from his involvement in NAAAP, Mr. Chu is also the Membership Director for Bank of America's Asian Leadership Network Charlotte Chapter and a member of the Bank of America Pride Resource Group.

Ms. You Lor has been involved in NAAAP since 2006 and was currently elected and serving a 2nd term as the Chair for NAAAP-Charlotte for 2012. Previously, she served as the Venture Development and Membership Director for NAAAP at the National level and locally, served as the Community Services and Cultural Events Chair.

Ms. Lor is currently based out of Charlotte, North Carolina and employed with Bank of America as a Process Design Consultant. She works on the Cross Channel Customer Experience Team.

Ms. Lor helps to drive execution and strategy of improving the customer experience and processes as well as balancing the revenue for the bank. She is Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certified. You has a B.S. in Business Administration, concentration in Management Information Systems and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Masters in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.

In addition to NAAAP, Ms. Lor helped to launch the Bank of America affinity group, Asian Leadership Network for Atlanta in 2007 and currently serve as an Advisor. She is also a member of the Bank of America Charlotte Asian Leadership Network.

During her spare time, Ms. Lor enjoys doing various arts and crafts projects, volunteering in the community, reading, traveling, hiking, and spending time with her dog, Chloe.




Ms. Grace Wang

Ms. Grace Wang is currently a Marketing Consultant within CSG International and works for its marketing consulting sector/brand Quaero in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ms. Wang was born and grew up in mainland China and studied in China, Japan, and United States. She received Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Iowa and has mixed background in behavioral science, statistics, liberal arts, and arts. 

Ms. Wang joined CSG International and moved to Charlotte in 2010. She works as the major client contact in marketing strategy and analytics, campaign design, and technical support.

Aside from her involvement in NAAAP, Ms. Wang also played violin in Queens City Community Symphony.

Ms. Kshama Jobanputra is the Programs and Processes Leadership Development Consultant for Bank of America's Home Loans Servicing and Underwriting & Fulfillment.

Ms. Jobanputra graduated from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, ON Canada in 2004 where she earned a degree in History and a minor in Political Science. While pursuing her degree, she was actively involved in South Asian Students Association and has served on the committee for the Lohana Charitable Foundation of Canada as youth President.

Since joining Bank of America, Kshama has been actively involved with the Asian Leadership Network. She has served on the Core Leadership team in various committee lead roles, most recently as the Community Partner and Programs lead. Her passion around raising awareness of the Asian culture and providing a platform for Asian associates, as well as an opportunity to grow and develop diverse associates is what fuels her commitment to ALN and other Associate Affinity Groups. Kshama lives in Charlotte, NC and is married with one son.

Mr. Edward Yang is currently a Senior Vice President with Bank of America and loves applying his Six Sigma Black Belt skills to solving business challenges.

While pursuing his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Yang helped establish the NC State Asian Students Association in it it's inaugural year and ultimately served as President. Mr. Yang served on the leadership diversity team at the Vanguard Group of Investment companies, founded the Charlotte Bank of America Asian Leadership Network in its inaugural year and served as its President.

Mr. Yang was elected as the NAAAP National President and led the organization to greater heights until the completion of his term.

A Certified ToastMaster, Mr. Yang calls Tega Cay, South Carolina, home with a loving wife, 2 sons and a happy dog.

Mr. Cheung is a Vice President in the Wells Fargo Business Banking Services where he is a Portfolio Analytics Manager.  Mr. Cheung leads a team of Business Consultants and works closely with senior management to provide reports and analytics support to monitor loans performance in Business Banking segment.

 

Mr. Cheung led the NAAAP Charlotte group from 2006 to 2008 by raising awareness of the Asian Professional needs in the Charlotte community.   He participated in the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI), a 12-month leadership program that develops, connects and guides diverse groups of leaders in increasing their awareness of and ability to influence for racial and ethnic inclusion and equity, sponsored by Community Building Initiative, in 2008.  Since 2008, Mr. Cheung has been the Chairperson of Community Event Committee at the Asian/Asian American Team Member Network at Wells Fargo.  From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Cheung was a member of the Risk Management Diversity Advisory Council at Wachovia Bank and worked closely with senior management to promote diversity and inclusiveness at the company.

Mr. Cheung received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Mathematics from College of Charleston and his MBA from McColl School of Business at Queens University.  He is a McColl Senior Fellow, McColl School of Business, Queens University.  He completed Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Exam Level I in 1999. 

 


Mr. David Joo

Mr. Joo is a Vice President in Credit Technology Integration as a part of Card Services where he is responsible for the systems development integration and issue resolution processes supporting Consumer and Small Business Credit. 

Mr. Joo leads and manages 2 teams, composed of project managers, User Acceptance Testers and Level 3 production support resources. 

Mr. Joo joined MBNA in 1994 in the State College, PA office working in Telesales and Direct Promotions before joining CCS in Newark, Delaware.  He has held several positions in Credit Claims and Property and Casualty Insurance before moving into Project Management in 1999, representing Retention and CCS on developmental technology projects.   Mr. Joo transitioned to Card Credit Acquisition to support the development of Credit Online and CreditNet in 2005 and has managed a team of project managers since 2006. 

Mr. Joo graduated from the Penn State University with a degree in General Sciences.

Mr. Joo served as a co-chair and co-founder for the Asian Leadership Network Delaware Valley Chapter and a board member of the National Association of Asian American Professionals Philadelphia Chapter.
 

 


Dr. Binseng Wang

Dr. Binseng Wang, Sc.D., was born in Taiwan, raised in Brazil and now lives in the U.S. Dr. Wang studied physics, graduated in engineering, but found Biomedical sciences really interesting and is currently a clinical engineer with Aramark's medical solutions division.

Dr. Wang received his Doctor of Science from MIT and has worked for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
